The St Kieran's Band Program provides an opportunity for students to maximise their music potential by learning to play an instrument and performing as a group.
The Junior band (Year 4) and Senior band (Year 5 and 6) encourage students to develop confidence, self-discipline, commitment and social skills vital to succeed in all areas of life. Students participating in the band program are taught the following instruments: flute, clarinet, saxophone, bass clarinet, trumpet, trombone, french horn and percussion.
The band performs at specioal The band performs at special occasions such as the school fete, annual school concert, assemblies and Eisteddfods.
